With over 15 years of experience as a qualified Mine Engineer Specialist, Namhla brings her expertise and dedication to every aspect of our multidisciplinary business. HENK VAN LINGEN

 

Henk van Lingen (65) is a Management Professional with over 40 years proven experience in sales, marketing, financial analysis in the financial/insurance industry, which includes 20 years in the banking industry and over 5 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, nearly 3 years as General Manager at a large Game Lodge & Conference Centre. He has strong sales, customer service, organizing and administration skills, excellent management & business focus capabilities, with strong focus on detail and customer service and satisfaction. He has sound knowledge of financial statements. He is known as a go-getter and a perfectionist. His motto in life is “Don’t wait for things to happen, make it happen.”

His skills include sales, marketing, organizing, event management, financial management, project management, and customer service. After he had to give up studying architecture- and financial degrees at university, he obtained diplomas in Financial- and Business Management.

 Vice President - Motlahlego Samuel Rathwakga

He's a business professional with over 10 years experience in Marketing and Sales. He hold an advanced Diploma in Business Administration and have worked for international brands like Samsung, LG Electronics and MTN SA.

His experience involves performance management and monitoring, business unit management with specialization in Telecommunications and consumer electronics.

 Silent Chikomo. - Mozambique Vice President

One of our Vice Presidents, Mr. Silent Chikomo, is a standout example of our diverse team. He has extensive experience in the agriculture and construction industries and brings a wealth of knowledge to our company. Mr. Chikomo is currently based in Mozambique, where he is eager to learn from others and achieve his career aspirations. Design/Software Platforms

Autoease Group is a Civil Designer ® (from Knowledgebase) based consultancy and has registered modules dating to 2011 for: Water, Sewers, AllyCAD, and MAP. Turn, Roads and Survey & Terrain, including Design Centre. Stormwater projects are designed using Sinotech “Utility Programs for Drainage software” and the latest publications governing best practice and design code (SANS 1200 Series and other relevant standards, SANRAL Road drainage Manual and Guidelines for Human Settlement Planning and Design, etc.).

 

The firm makes use for BILL and Conan software from CivilSoft ® for Estimates, Bills of Quantities and Payment certificate generation/production. As Autoease Group has an IT division, the firm has custom built software for Drawing Registers, Office Administration and various design utilities for repetitive tasks, e.g. quantity calculations, etc.
